Workshop detail

Workshop registrations for AVATAR India 2026 are now open. All workshops will be conducted on 21st August 2026 at the same venue, and are available only to registered conference delegates.

Important Instructions
  • Workshop seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Each workshop has a fixed participant capacity; once filled, registrations will be closed.
  • Delegates are advised to register early to secure their preferred workshop.

Special Highlight
  • The Mentice Hands-on Workshop will be complimentary on the workshop day for delegates registered for the AVF Angioplasty Workshop.
Multiple Workshop Selection
  • Delegates can select multiple workshops during registration, and the applicable fees will be calculated accordingly.
General Notes
  • Workshop registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify workshop schedule, faculty, or format if required.
  • Detailed instructions and reporting time will be shared with registered participants prior to the workshop.

⚠️ Note: Only delegates with confirmed workshop registration will be allowed to participate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat via email at registration@marundeshwara.com.
  • Cancellations received up to 30th June 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received after 30th June 2026 will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the reason.
  • GST charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference closes.
